    Press Release:
ALO drummer and songwriter, David Brogan, will be hitting the West Coast this August starting at the Summer Meltdown at the Whitehorse Mountain Amphitheater in Darrington, Wa.

You may know David Brogan as composing well crafted songs behind a wall of drums, holding down the rhythm section of ALO. Fronting his own band on guitar is a "total adrenaline rush" says Brogan. Especially with the musical dream team he has recruited including Paul Hoaglin of The Mother Hips on bass, Tim Young of Zony Mash and Jesse Baylin on guitar, Tony Sevener of Honeycut on drums and Colin Hoops of Big Light and Kanvus ..s.

Brogan will be touring in support of his new album to be released in September produced by Tim Bluhm of The Mother Hips and features performances by Bluhm, Jackie Greene, Dan Lebowitz, Tim Young and Paul Hoaglin. Brogan hopes that leading the band from the front of the stage will put more emphasis on his songwriting and create a closer connection to his fans.

    The Dave Brogan tour dates:

August 9th – Summer Meltdown – Darington, Wa. (with Steve Adams (ALO) on bass)
August 10th – Summer Meltdown – Darrington, Wa. (with the Everyone Orchestra)
    August 13th – Moe's Alley – Santa Cruz. Ca.
August 14th – Cafe Du Nord – San Francisco, Ca. (with Kanvus)
August 16th – Soho– Santa Barbara, Ca

    More summer dates to come!
